Exercise has many advantages in our life. It can help make you healthy , build muscles( to pick up ladies) or want to keep in shape ( for women). Most people who are obese or think they are fat, please dun try drastic measures to lose your fats fast.Most people choose surgery to remove their excess fats. I read a magazine when i visit the dentist several months before , I read a woman lost both her legs thanks to liposuction (surgery)regretted . She told the magazine that she was deeply of her action and told others that , 'If u want to go surgery , think properly before u do , if not u will end up like me'.
At first , i thought it was nothing then, i continue reading the article and was deeply sadden. I encourage those who prefer use surgery ,pills or any type of method besides exercise can Kill you for the sake of beautiful is not worth taking.I too exercise not a lot just enough to keep me fit. If you have no time to go to the gym , follow my style. Stay at house help parents do some chores like sweeping . mopping , wash car , you name it.
These chores help u sweat and lose weight. Furthermore , help u learn some tolerance. Believe me it Work!
